Maui Dolphins

Hello i am Zyeisha, and I am here to tell you all about Maui dolphins, well all that I know about them!
Maui dolphins eat small fish, squid, and ocean floor-dwelling species such as flatfish and cod.
They live in the west coast of New Zealand's North Island. That means they are native to the NZ!
Maui dolphins are one of the rarest species of dolphins, that we know of!
They are subspecies of a Hector's dolphin. Maui dolphins have a scientific name that is see-fa-lore-ren-cious  Hectori Maui.
So far there are 55 Maui dolphins left in the WHOLE WORLD!
Maui dolphins have a dark face grey back and light stomach.
You can call them Maui dolphins or popoto.
Hector dolphins grow less than 1 and a ½ meters,  so you wouldn't be surprised when I say that they are they shortest dolphin in the world!
Hector dolphin are oh so kind they with probably come up to your boat. COOL!
They like to swim close to shore where they find their delicious snacks!
These amazing creatures are endangered.
Sadly that is all I know.
GOOD BYE for now.
