Health school lunches

Kids these days are eating too many sugars and fats & that could lead to shorter lives, what kids need is a balanced school lunch, with a mix of carbohydrates, proteins and some sugar. The reason you need a healthy mix is because these have different fuels you need to last for a whole school day.

Protein burns fat, do you are not too over weight, and it also keeps you concentrated and focus so you can listen and learn. Protein is in dairy product such as milk.

Carbohydrates lets people exercise for a longer period of time & makes you fuller for longer. But eating too much carbohydrates can be unhealthy. Carbohydrates can be found in bread.

Sugar and fats make you want to drink, & that is bad and good, it is good because you won’t be dehydrated, but it is bad because you might over-drink and get sick. Sugar makes you lose concentration. AND sugar is addictive one piece leads to another then another then lots. Sugar should have a small limit because too much sugar causes obesity, diabetes & unhealthiness. Sugar could be found in lots of foods including, dun dun dunnnnn, ‘Low Fat’ or ‘ 0 percent sugar’ foods. You may think you are being smart by buying these product but you are actually dumb for letting these companies trick you. Zero sugar power drinks are are also bad because they use things called ‘sweeteners’ to make the drinks taste yum and not like colored water, but guess what, sweeteners are extremely sugary.

What I think is a healthier lunch is: 2 or 3 fruits, one meat and vegetable sandwich & ONE treat like, musiley bar, or a snack you KNOW is healthy like HOMEMADE stuff. DEFINITELY DO NOT put chocolate or lollies in your child's or in your school lunch NOR fizzy.

At Carlton School some kids don’t even have healthy foods. They have things like, fruit vines(NOT FRUIT), biscuits, chocolate flavored protein bars(No protein), & Chippies. But some Carlton School pupils (including me) bring healthy choices like, fruit, whole wheat bread sandwiches, coconuts, I’ve brought a dragon fruit before and one of my best friends KEISHA brings an egg sandwich's.

The conclusion is, sugar is bad for your health and it should have a very low limit. Carbohydrates and protein are the best fuels for your body.

Sugar is found in 80 percent of the foods we eat. New Zealand doesn’t grow their own crops. Giving a child an unhealthy childhood leads to an unhealthy diet as an adult.

I like how you put full stop's in the right spot & punctuation in the right spot as well.
